NS30 (CuNi7Si2Cr1) is a wrought copper-nickel-silicon alloy designed for applications requiring a combination of high thermal dissipation, high strength, resistance to shock and corrosion resistance. It is exceptionally resistant to metal-to-metal wear, galling and softening.

Beryllium-free and lead-free (REACH / RoHS compliant), NS30 is a direct substitute for CuBe2 beryllium copper (C17200): its superior thermal conductivity and elevated mechanical strength give designers both efficiency and reliability, with a longer service life and a better total cost of ownership.
