Copper-Nickel-Tin Alloys.

Niclafor® 1000 is a range of spinodal copper-nickel-tin alloys (CuNi9Sn6, UNS C72700) designed for high-performance applications. Solution annealing, work hardening and spinodal hardening deliver very high mechanical properties, tensile and yield strength above 1,000 MPa (145 ksi) depending on temper, retained even at elevated temperature.

With excellent fatigue resistance, low friction, high conductivity, very good corrosion resistance and good electromagnetic shielding, Niclafor® 1000 is a beryllium-free substitute for beryllium copper (C17200) and copper-titanium.

Beryllium-, lead- and cadmium-free and REACH / RoHS compliant, it is produced in-house from casting through to finished form with full traceability.
